7.2. Fees are disclosed prior to purchase and are non-refundable, except where required by law.

7.3. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

The Services are management tools only and do not constitute veterinary, agricultural, financial, or legal advice.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Company's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

14.2. Retention After Account Closure โ€“ If you close or delete your account, your data will be retained for a maximum of 90 days. During this period: โ€ข You have the option to reactivate your account, in which case all your data will be fully restored. โ€ข This retention period ensures continuity for operational processes, compliance with legal requirements, and secure backup handling. โ€ข After the 90-day period, any data that has not been reactivated will be permanently and securely deleted.

14.3. Permanent Deletion โ€“ After this 90-day retention period, all of your data is permanently and securely deleted from our systems. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered or accessed by anyone.
